Love this hairdryer, but the one I received had different buttons and I don't like those because they change when I'm drying hair I like the roll vertical ones so I thought that was the one I'd be receiving

I appreciate the heat level, I do not feel it is damaging my hair

I was disappointed I had issues with the heating element of my Gold pro ionic dryer. After 6 months it stopped heating. The best part was this company made it very simple to replace and I appreciate that in a company. Trustworthy. I would purchase BioIonic products again

I have processed, fine hair and I tend not to use a dryer if I can--but this dryer seems to work fast and not cause my hair (somewhat curly) to frizz up. The weight is good and there are just enough features (3 speeds, temperature choice and a cold-shot.) The only feature missing is universal voltage but I'd probably want a travel dryer for overseas anyway. I think a professional could use this dryer with confidence also--because it's fast but not so heavy you'd tire yourself all day. As I'm older and have a bit of arthritis, I appreciate it not being super heavy but still doing a fast job.

Used it only once so far but loved it. It truly dried my hair faster than my other similar speed dryers. Also love the two different sizes of nozzles for styling. So far only used the larger nozzle. Great light weight makes it great for travel as well.

The heat is not too hot when it's on the medium setting. It's lightweight too! You might think it's a little more $ than you may want to spend, but believe me it's worth it!

I love both of the hair dryer and flat iron. I would like to exchange the 11/2" flat iron for the 1" because I am much more used to using it with my very fine hair. The quality of the tools are great so far and recommended them all day long!

Its a tad on the heavy side. Power and heat are both good. It seems to help with frizz.

I like the dryer except the control buttons are bit annoying. They get in the way. Because of how I hold the dryer, I am constantly changing the setting or turning it off by accident. That is a bit of a design flaw that I feel needs changed:

I really like this dryer except for the fact that the buttons are in a spot where you constantly hit them unintentionally. I'm sure this is the reason why the on/off button only works on hight now. I've had this dryer for a year and a half but you would think for $135 it would last a whole lot longer.
