Hands down -the most amazing styling tool ever! Love the Bioionic OnePass Styling Iron! I purchased this after having the Bionic Stylewinder Curling Iron for a couple of years (which I love also) and truly was excited to try the OnePass. It did not disappoint! My hair feels so soft and looks healthier after use than it ever did before with my Chi. I have fine color treated hair and its not in its healthiest condition so I really needed a styling tool that would smooth and soften my hair with the least amount of passes thru each section. It looks so sleek and soft. I will never use anything else other than Bioionic and I cannot wait to get one of their blow dryers! Its a MUST HAVE product for sure!

The design allows your hair to run smoothly through the straightener. My original one broke and the warranty for the replacement was very easy to use. This is my second Bio Ionic straightener and I am convinced it is the only brand straightener I will buy as they both worked amazingly!

I was SO looking forward to this styling iron - researched them for weeks! It is too bulky to handle and the controls are in a very awkward location on the handle. Not what expected for the price. Returned. I have their long curling iron and love it.

First off let me say I absolutely love love LOVED this flatiron! Until it burned out on me FOUR months after I purchased it. Then I submit my warranty info, have to send the item back (on my dime, they would not pay for it). They quickly fulfilled the warranty & sent me a new item, but they sent me an OLD CRAPPY VERSION!!!! On the new invoice it even states the iron they sent as a replacement was DISCONTINUED!! The one I had was sleek & digital, this one is cheap & NOT digital) I am beyond upset only having the item for four months, now been without it for almost a month already having to deal with this. Its still the weekend so I can't call until Monday and HOPE to get a person on the phone that I can speak too. They will probably make me pay for shipping AGAIN to send this one back. I really really hope they make this right somehow :(
