Good
Need to restore my nervous system, I have to take high dose of B12. This one with 6000msg is just what I need. After a month of intake, I notice the nerve pain alleviates, to a certain extent. Surprisingly, it seems help lift up my mood. Not an expected effect. I dont like the cherry flavour, does not taste natural. Overall, it is value for money.

Not potent enough
This product is as potent as the similar products of other brands I have tried before. Before this, I used a 5000 mcg methyl b12 product of another brand, I will switch back to my previous brand.
