I did start taking this garcinia cambogia bc I was ganing some weight. I take 2 first thing when I get up every day (on an empty stomac) and it is working. I am not craving as I used to. I eat a lot less. When I go to restaurants I dont even eat the full meal. I feel full very easy. I highly recomend this product. And it does work as well as the one that Dr. Oz recomends because I tried both. Swanson has much better price and same quality.

BUT I also am watching what I eat and excerise,BUT I do notice it makes less hunger & not crave carbs & sugar! Does give me a little more energy. I take 1 before breakfast & 1 at 4pm. I bought this to try and lose 25 - 30lbs, When I first take it I feel great but as soon as it wears off, I feel so hungry that ive been deprived of food, I don't wana eat a lot, I wana lose...ive tried so many things, im just going to give up...save your money!

Took this for two weeks before realizing that it was the cause of severe insomnia accompanied by racing heart and jitters. It probably won't have this effect on everyone, but that was my experience. Those issues went away when I stopped taking it. No weight loss during those two weeks, either.

I have tried several brands of garcinia cambogia and have the same result with all. I'm not hungry because I'm so sick I don't want to eat. I have a terrible reaction, aching bones, fibro flare and just plain don't feel good when I take it. So I can't recommend it to anyone else.
