i just bought this somewhere else and happy to see it here , the same exact product less expensive. So i will be ordering; anyways im on day #4 and immediately after i too the first dose i could feel the energy , ive been getting up and doing things like never before. I have not reweigh myself but i can tell my clothes are already looser.. this product has also gotten rid of a lot of water i retain in these last 4 days. Dr. oz article says to take 1600mg. but instructions on this bottle is 500mg 2x a day or more. im fine with 1-2 times a day. i take it first thing in the morning with 2 glasses of water. Then i eat when im hungry.. usually brunch. Then around 6-7pm i take it again and if im hungry i will eat something.. the thing is by 6-7pm i can not eat more than food the size of my hand.. small portion which is a miracle for me.. so far so good! I weighed 317lbs when i started , i will be back to keep you posted. carmen

This product works very well! It really suppresses my appetite and it gives me a little energy boost as well. I've been taking it for a little over a week now and my pants are already loosening up. I also like that it's liquid. No bulky pills to swallow. The taste is mildly odd, but not too unpleasant. Hope it works for you!

I have been using Liquid Garcinia Cambogia Extract since April 2017 in the mornings & Gar Cam mixed with Bragg Organic Apple cider vinegar, lemon juice & water in a shot glass in the evenings before bed. I have lost 38 lbs, plus I have changed eating habits.

I have taken the recommended dosage for over a month and once a day before my lunch. Without paying any particular attention and at the same time eating healthy, living a healthy lifestyle, I noticed my friends and family began complimenting me on how much weight I have lost. I have now put my mom and my husband on this regimen and they are both happy with the results. Will be buying more for my friends who can't wait to start using it.

This is a great product. I put it in my water bottle I use at work with some lemon. It has a good fruity taste. You have to put it in juice or water because it tastes too strong by itself. I do feel more alert when I use this regularly and I do notice I'm a little less hungry. The only negative is the cap doesn't screw on right.

Quality product - does what it says it will. Only "complaint" I have is that the stopper/lid does not close tightly. DON'T put in your purse and hope it will not leak!! :) Would be so much more convenient if manufacture could replace current closure with a sealed one. Would have gotten 5 leaves otherwise.

This product really suppresses my appetite and I like the fact that its easy to take and it taste really great. I could tell from the 1st day I took it, it gave me energy that feels so natural, and in 2 weeks I could see that I was loosing weight, my clothes are loose and I will continue to use this product. Pretty satisfied so far.

I read all the hype from Dr. Oz and was hoping to loose weight. I need to lose 20lbs. I bought two bottles and I decided to give it a two month try. I've finished the first bottle and I'm into my second week on the second. I can honestly say, that after six weeks of taking this product, all it did was make me sick with plenty of GI upsets. It also made me jittery, as well as gave me insomnia. It did not curb my appetite. I did eat less and have gained seven pounds so far. I plan on finishing the second bottle, but unless there is a miracle change, I'm not buying this product again. Sorry Dr. Oz

To be fair, I haven't yet finished the GC Extract. However, the recommended dose of 500mg, is one third of the actual recommended dose according to the latest release of an article in Consumer's Report, on the comparisons of GC products on the market. Knowing this, I've tripled my doses, but even so, I've not noticed any changes in weight. Additionally, I was unaware of glycerine being one of the ingredients, but it is. Not sure I like swallowing that.
