Here's a polished version of your review: We recently completed a fire restoration project after a small electrical fire in a basement electrical panel. We removed all of the affected drywall, thoroughly cleaned the area, applied odor-sealing primer, installed new drywall, and repainted the entire room. At that point, the smoke odor was completely gone. However, as soon as the homeowner's belongings were moved back into the room, the smoke smell returned. We decided to try the BioSide Systems CLO₂ Smoke Odor treatment, and the results were outstanding. It completely eliminated the smoke odor. When we walked back into the room afterward, it smelled like a clean indoor pool house—fresh, clean, and with absolutely no trace of smoke. We've used a lot of odor-removal products over the years, and this is one of the most impressive we've seen. If you're dealing with persistent smoke odors after a fire, we highly recommend this product. It exceeded our expectations.
