I waited 6 months to write this review. I wanted to see if my dentist could actually tell a difference. In fact she did, and thee only thing I did different was take one of these each night, my flossing habits stayed exactly the same. She did periodontal charting and all of my numbers had improved. I had NO bleeding during the procedure she complimented my dental hygiene! The taste is so perfectly minty that doesn't fade.
This product was recommended by my dental hygienist. She was aware of the other steps I was using and that I lean toward natural prevention. I smoked for mpsy of my adult life and consequently suffer from bone loss and gingivitis. This is just one part of the arsenal but within 2 weeks of including it I felt that my teeth were more settled in the bone and my gums just stopped flaring.

Price is pretty fair! The mint flavor I got is good but just a little different than the mint flavor I was expecting but it definitely seems like less of a fake mint flavor and is still good overall. Very beneficial bacteria.
My dental hygienist recommended this last summer. I used it for 6 months and while it did not clear up all of the bacteria at the roots of my teeth, it made a big improvement. So much so that the hygienist recommended I continue using it.
Have been using this for three months. I got a great dental hygiene checkup. This has helped my gum disease.
