This bottle is such a simple and easy to use design. The temperature indicator “cool”, “ok”, and “hot” is pretty neat and the tip that is used does deliver a gentle wash in your ear. It does feel good during use and feels clean and clear in ear afterward. I do think it's a high price for something like this but it works and it's easy to reuse over and over.

I was so anxious and excited to receive this. Then it came and I felt intimidated. Just the thought of placing something in my ears, by myself. Felt like a little too much. However, followed the instructions. It did exactly what it was supposed to do. My hearing was highly sensitive for about and hour. It settled and sounds were clearer than before. In theory, doing this alone sounds good. I would prefer to do this on someone or have someone assist me.

I like this product. Comes with good instructions. Be sure to read everything carefully. Easy to use and does a good job. This product is designed to gently clean the ears, not to remove heavily impacted wax. After using a number of times I can share a few tips. I put a few drops of hydrogen peroxide in each ear and leave it for ten or fifteen minutes. Then I fill the spray bottle with warm water and add some more peroxide. I use this product in the shower to keep the over-spray under control. When you run of the ear drying sponges you can try cotton balls. I use it about 3 times a month and it seems to keep the wax buildup under control. I give it a 5 star rating.

For me this product did very little in removing wax. It has a very powerful hand squeeze spray to help move any loose build up in the ear around. There is a temperature pad on the side of the bottle to help get the water to the right temperature, and a little cup to hold under your ear to catch what comes out. There's also little mini sponges to help absorb left over water from your ear.

its a spray bottle that you fill with warm water. it does include thin tips and thin sponges to put in your ear. $30 plus tax for this crazy. Just take care of it yourself in the shower. extremely disaapointed.
