I don't take very many supplements, A lot of them just pass right though you, and are just a waste of money. I like to limit what goes into my body, and I never take a new supplement without checking it out online first. You should definitely do your research before you take this. I have read online that is isn't compatible with some medication, and it's good for people with certain health problems. It seems to work good as an anti-inflammatory, I have a few aches and pains from doing manual labor when I was younger. Some days my lower back hurts so bad that I can't stand straight up in the morning until I get in a hot shower, I also have trouble with my knees and one of my shoulders when it's cold outside. I have not had that trouble since I started taking this supplement, it's anecdotal evidence, but it seems promising. I like that it has Niacin in it, that is something that I was taking already, I don't have to take it since this has it in it. I take a lot of lion's mane mushrooms which compliment that.

I'm willing to do what it takes to protect my immune system. With the Covid running rampant this couldn't have come at a better time. I immediately felt more energy and overall better after taking these the first week. Spirulina is a powerful antioxidant. I have a hard time getting past the green color but when I take it in pill form I can. I highly recommend adding this to your daily supplements.

But, after my search, I could not get over the fact it is an ugly green algae! Once I got over this fact. I researched many different manufacturers and decided Bio Optimal had the most trustworthy credentials, and ordered their Organic Spirulina. When the product arrived a few weeks ago, I immediately opened and started the same day. The recommended dosage is 4 tablets per day, but I started with 2 tablets per day before breakfast. There was no bad smell or after taste when I took the pills. I did not notice any difference in the way I felt for the first three days and then on day four I could definitely tell I had significantly more energy! After a week of using 2 tablets per day I increased my dosage to 4 tablets per day before breakfast. My energy level is much better and And I'm able to focus much better and feel more like myself than I have in years. I am not hungry and don't crave sweets or salty food which is a surprise benefit that comes with using Spirulina. I have more stamina on the golf course and in the gym and am sleeping more soundly. I like that this brand is carefully sourced and rigidly tested for safety, no taste and unlike many other brands, recommended dosage is only 4 tablets/day. As expected, I have seen no immediate benefits but most of what I have read said it will take 60-90 days (this is a 30-day supply). Since I received them 7 days ago I have had 2 nights with awake periods and almost every day I have a queasy feeling (not nausea) in my core, not just my stomach. A little more research indicates that these are common side effects but I don't consider them problematic. Since this is a high protein item it could be a little charge to my system that I may be missing because I don't eat a lot of meat. My blood pressure and cholesterol have not been high and this may help keep it that way. I will order another 60 day supply before I run out to give it a good try and add to the review.

BioOptimal Organic Spirulina Tablets are good for boosting out immunity. I have been taking these for 4 days. A little early to know if they work, but with things as they are, I'll take anything during these times to keep my immunity up. I'm going to stay on these for 6 months and see how they work. 120 capsules, all organic.

This supplement took longer than expected to arrive and with much going on in our lives recently (not to mention the holidays), I've just now started taking it and only taken it for 2 days. I consider myself to be in fairly good health and don't generally have a problem with energy or being sick so I can't honestly say that I've noticed a difference. I'll continue taking it hopefully be able to add to my review after having more time to test it. It's an easy to swallow pill and I've not experienced any negative side effects of any kind.

i did not see any difference with this product. it did not make me sick and there were not any bad side effects either so that was a good thing. i will keep taking it and see if there are any benefits to it but so far i have not seen any difference in my appetite or my weight change. this maybe a good herbal medication for someone else, just because i didn't see results does not mean someone else will so if you do want to try this then go for it.
