BioOptimal Organic Turmeric Capsules, Turmeric Curcumin Supplement for Immune Support, 60 Pills

I was happy to test the BioOptimal Turmeric Curcumin Extra Strength for review. The bottle contains 60 capsules, which contain 200 mg organic turmeric extract, 200 mg organic turmeric powder and 100 mg organic black pepper, per capsule. Turmeric is a natural supplement, which is useful for joint inflammation, as well as having other health benefits. I have found it to be effective and would recommend it, to others, to try. This turmeric product is made with non-GMO ingredients, is vegetarian, easy to swallow and made in the USA. It contains no artificial colors, sweeteners, flavors, soy, gluten or wheat. Instructions are to take one to two capsules daily. The label cautions not to take the supplement if pregnant, breast feeding or taking blood thinners. Turmeric is considered to be a natural "superfood" and the capsule supplement is an easy way to incorporate it, into any diet. The capsule is not tiny, but I don't have a problem swallowing it, with water. I consider this to be a good product and would recommend it, to others.

The capsules are just under a inch long but easy to swallow. I have joint issues in my thumb that can be pretty painful. I've noticed a difference since I started taking these supplements. The price for a 60 day supply is really good. I'll buy more for the comfort I now have with just taking these for a few weeks.

I have been using Turmeric capsules for a few years to help with my arthritis pain. It is not a cure but it does help ease the discomfort for a little while. Plus Turmeric is just plain good for our bodies. This brand is BioOptimal which means it dissolves and gets into your bloodstream better than other Turmeric capsules. I usually buy my supplements online but it's nice to know that Walmart will be selling these now. Recommend.

I have fallen in love with these capsules! Being a little up in age, crawling out of bed has taken on a whole new meaning. Between oh my back and the charlie horses in my legs, its quite the scene. I started taking the BioOptimal Tumeric Supplements about two weeks ago and I am so very pleased to say the back ache has lessened and the charlie horses have completely subsided... Just a side note, when you first start taking the supplement, you may find yourself in the restroom a little more often as it is cleaning your liver. I also like the fact that the BioOptimal is Non GMO and the capsules are easy to swallow. I just include it in with my daily pills and it works its magic. I highly recommend the BioOptimal Tumeric Supplements to everyone! Compare them for yourself and you will agree!

I have taking one a day now for almost 3 weeks and I can tell a big difference. My knees would hurt almost daily, and going up a long flight of steps was so painful. I actually wimped out and didn't go sight seeing when I went on my first cruise because of the steps going to some of the sights. A friend told me I needed to get some Turmeric and start taking it. I did and I found these. WOW! what a difference a few short weeks have made. My knee pain and swollen joints are still there but are so much easier to deal with. It has taken me from a level of about 7 to eight to a low of 2-3. I am finally looking forward to doing some more traveling since I can walk better and stairs dont hurt so much!

I am a big fan of adding turmeric to foods such as soups, potato salad and chicken salad just to name a few because I enjoy the taste and healthy benefits of antioxidants. I like that I can now get turmeric in a capsule with BioOptimal Turmeric Curcumin Extra Strength Supplement Capsules. I take one a day and I feel great as the ingredients are organic and I am getting much needed antioxidants. I have no problem swallowing the capsules and it's great to know that this product is made in the USA.

I haven't had these long enough to state whether they work or not because typically it takes a couple of weeks to notice any change after taking a supplement. I can comment on the easy-open lid (non-childproof) and the ease in which to swallow the tablet. The bottle provides enough tablets for 60 days, or, if taking two per day, a 30 day supply. Instructions are tiny to read, even with my prescription glasses on. But basically you can take 1-2 tablets a day and then it has the typical Caution Statement. Natural ingredients, non-GMO, Vegetarian, and made in the U.S.A.

These have actually helped me with my digestive issues. They are easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste when using them. I thought that I might experience heartburn because of the tumeric and black pepper; however, I haven’t experienced any problem at all. I expect, over time, that they will help with my joint pain also. So far, so good....

This product didn't agree with me, it upset my stomach, I think it's too strong I only took them for 3 days and I felt the same each time. Made my stomach burn and I burped a lot My body didn't like these.

The Bio Optimal Turmeric Supplement was suppose to be a joint relief product, I have come joint pain in my thumbs and I could not tell of any noticeable helpful effect. I did take the higher dose of 2 capsules a day, one in morning and one in the evening.It is possible a person would have to be on the product for a longer period of time to see improvement. I have only had them for 18 days.
