My son is autistic, and has severe sleep issues. This is the only thing I have found so far that actually works. My son has been actually sleeping through the night (melatonin just helped him fall asleep...did not keep him asleep. It also gave him nightmares and mood issues). He hasnt been waking with night terrors or nightmares like previously, and hes been waking up happy, whereas he used to almost always wake up crying. He doesn't like the taste, but he is able to tolerate it enough to just take it straight up from the dropper every day. One bottle will last us a long time. This is a fantastic product. Highly recommend trying.

I was looking for herbal remedies for my kids to help them to fall asleep more easily. We use melatonin but i was looking for alternative. I love this herbal alternative. Although the price for this product is high I see that it is worth it. My kids fall asleep easily and the quality of sleep is better. The taste is ok.

the first dose, my son slept worse. now this could be a coincidence, but time will tell. I will update after 30 days. the quality of ingredients is great. The taste is great for my sons age. overall it seems like a good supplement. I am hoping with frequent use I will see improvement.

Taste is fine, I wish I could say this helped my son wind down after his day to get ready for sleep but he showed no improvement after 2 weeks of consistency. Luckily there was no adverse reaction and my only resolution was starting night time routine early and giving up his one nap at 32 months. He is a normal boy who just has a lot of energy even after a day of running around. He will literally jump up and down with pure vigor regardless of exhaustion up until he finally closes his eyes 😆 bless him! Was worth a shot!

My kids both got night terrors from it. So I discontinued use with them. My husband used the rest of the bottle. He liked the flavor, most other natural sleep aids are bitter. He liked that it help him turn off his brain, go to sleep and stay asleep. Said he felt refreshed when he woke up. So I don't recommend for younger kids, but kids that are able to communicate I think would be great.
