I am so glad that I tried this and I would like to thank all the people that left reviews because I use reviews to make a decision to buy a product or not. Since taking this, despite a heavy and stressful workload, I have managed to keep calm and avoid lashing out with my loved ones. That was the first thing that was out of character for me. The other amazing benefits I noticed were reduced sugar and carb cravings. I was also sleeping deeper and waking up more refreshed. This came at a good time because since lockdown, my sleep had become really messed up. The only con that I have noticed is that my body odour increased but this will reduce over time as it it currently helping with detox. I hope this product never gets discontinued.
