Inflammation
I haven't been taking this that long. I actually started with turmeric with ginger but after researching some more I read that the bioperine black pepper extract would help more with inflammation which is why I sought it out. My ring started being hard to take off like my knuckle just grew larger overnight. So I've been taking them for a week and after about 7 days I've noticed it's coming off a little easier but I still need it to be a lot more easier. I said I'll Give it a month before I give up on it.

I have poor circulation throughout my body. This condition manifests by my body temperature. I am chilly or colder than others around me. This product helps with circulation function and I don't feel cold as often.

This worked for me!
Several years ago I started having cramps in my hands, especially when I was knitting. I had heard about turmeric/curcumin being helpful. Determined to give it a real try, I began by taking one in the morning, and one in the evening every day for a month. After 3 weeks I no longer had that pain. Now I just take one/day.

Pain by Neuropathy Fix
I have neuropathy and I do definately recommend it. R-Alpha Lipoic Acid with this is awesome together for neuropathy.

These turmeric curcumin pills help so much with my arthritis in my knees and joints. Great for joint pain and seems to absorb well into your system.
