BioSchwartz 1500mg Turmeric Curcumin Herbal Supplement with Black Pepper, 90 Capsules

I haven't been taking this that long. I actually started with turmeric with ginger but after researching some more I read that the bioperine black pepper extract would help more with inflammation which is why I sought it out. My ring started being hard to take off like my knuckle just grew larger overnight. So I've been taking them for a week and after about 7 days I've noticed it's coming off a little easier but I still need it to be a lot more easier. I said I'll Give it a month before I give up on it.
