BioSchwartz 1500mg Turmeric Curcumin with BioPerine Black Pepper Extract, 90 Capsules

Several years ago I started having cramps in my hands, especially when I was knitting. I had heard about turmeric/curcumin being helpful. Determined to give it a real try, I began by taking one in the morning, and one in the evening every day for a month. After 3 weeks I no longer had that pain. Now I just take one/day.

i have been taking turmeric for a long time now for its antiinflamatory purposes, this one suits me bests, cause the pills are smaller, so stoked i found a bigger version, so i dont have to repurchase so much

Tumeric/Circumin is an excellent antioxidant and anti inflammatory. Bio Schwartz is a high quality brand that I trust. Arthritis is an inflammation issue and when you feel that joint pain, Tumeric will help greatly. It helps mine. The black pepper in this brand helps with absorption too which is very important.

Prescribed and natural medicines are not as effective on me compared to most people. I couldn't tell much of a difference until I ran out. Bioperine and 3rd party tested are big reasons I first bought it. I have a few diseases causing severe multiple kinds of pain daily and rare gene is why so many things don't help. I didn't expect it to help me as good as other people anyway. But daily life was worse without it. So of course I'll keep buying it!

I have been taking these for several months now and my joints have never felt better. I can't believe the difference this turmeric makes. I was skeptical, but at 63 my joints ache, my arthritis acts up and I hardly have any pain or flare ups now. I am prepping my home for selling and have been working for 8 weeks painting walls, cabinets, doors, baseboards and anything else that needs a little face lift, caulking three bathrooms, washing windows and on and on. I have been amazed that I don't wake up with aches, pain or stiffness. Love this supplement!

Very good for muscles and joints in 77 year young

It's recommended that you take two pills which I feel should be condensed into one. Seems okay for what it is. But would probably seek out alternative forms of this supplement.

It works to help with inflammation because since I've been taking it the pain I was having on the back of my neck and shoulders is pretty much gone. I take 2 with lunch and 1 with dinner. I just wish the capsule was made of gelatin.

I'd been using this product for about a year with great results, in the smaller 90 caps size. I bought it to see if it's the exact same product but just in a larger size, if it is I'll be really happy, and I'll let you know. Edit: After using for a week at the same dose yes I can confirm it's the same product.

Still using it daily. It seems to help. It's only been 3 weeks.
