The taste is great. I have a compromised immune system and Elderberry helps keep me healthy. I tried not taking it for a few months and was constantly sick with a cold or sore throat or mild flu like symptoms. I restarted taking these Elderberry gummies and immediately I felt better and went back to being healthier.

After only taking these for a couple days, could tell a difference on how i felt. I have copd and a poor immune system and still smoke so im always getting covid or sinus infections. These truely help and make a difference.
