I was informed that I'd need it instead of my regular multivitamin since my body absorbs less vitamins now so it is designed to deliver the right mount. I take it twice a day. It tastes amazing and is very easy to swallow.

The meltable tablets are a convenient way to take your daily vitamins. The size of the tablets is a bit large and do take longer to dissolve completely. Especially when the dose is two tablets. The berry flavor is pleasant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been trying these multivitamins for a few weeks now and these aren't my favorite for a few personal reasons. First, you have to let two tablet dissolve in your mouth which takes quite a while to do. Second, it has the berry flavor but it also has a weird artificial taste to it. Third, the label quality of the bottle makes it feel cheap and generic, also the words on the list is really small so you can't really see all the vitamins. It's convienent so you don't need to carry water with you, and it has a lot of vitamins. With iron so that's a plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are labeled fast dissolving but they took minutes to dissolve and eventually never dissolved completely. The taste was ok but I didn't love the after taste. I'm not sure I'll continue taking these as I don't really need the added iron.

These taste horrible. Serving size is 2 gummies. I could only eat 1. Threw the rest in the garbage.
