It doesn't work. I just ran out of the brand I usually use, and I found these attractive because they are tiny. I should have known the reason was they don't hold enough to work. My leg cramps returned, my hip pain was back to it's bad self, and I was stiff. I never want to hurt like that again ! Don't spend a dime on these, I took 8 and still was in pain. They are iseless.
