Good supplement
I have used this particular product for quite some time and it definitely does help as far as the probiotic and I like that it has extra for menopause symptoms!

I cannot sleep without this. Literally. Thank God for a previous co-worker who told me about it! Doctors couldn't even find anything to help me sleep. I had a bilateral oopherectomy at age 38.
