Highly recommend
I have been using this product for over a year and highly recommend this product. Ive stopped for a month to see if the product was working, and it does work very well for me ! If its flashes you're worried about. I have none with this product. And my ph balance is in check with this product

The capsule is thin so do not take it with warm or hot water- nasty aftertaste if you do!
