This has been wonderful. I am perimenopausal and not on HRT. This keeps my hot flashes and night sweats in check.

When I take it I feel like the stress just melt away and I have begun weight training so it's nice to know that it supports my bone health! The size of the pills are not outrageously big and there's only two so I'm happy about that!

I have more energy during the day, sleep better at night, and my mood has leveled out a decent amount. The ingredients are all natural, so that is a major plus. I would definitely recommend giving these a try.

The way these help with the onset of my menopause symptoms and last throughout the day. As long as I'm spacing out the doses and being consistent. All of the individual ingredients in this play their own part. Works well as a maintenance product.

This seemed to help my wife with her hot flashes it worked better than some of the "name brand" solutions

The Equate brand works better. I ordered this one because that was out of stock. I won't order this one again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to say this works amazing but I'm not 100% sure if it just feels like it's working or not. I'm happy taking a pill and it hasn't caused me to feel sick. I don't feel stressed out, still do just not to a high level. I still have hot flashes, but I think and feel this needs to build up more than a month or so in order to be more effective for me. I'll continue to take this even if it gives me some relief.
