The way these help with the onset of my menopause symptoms and last throughout the day. As long as I'm spacing out the doses and being consistent. All of the individual ingredients in this play their own part. Works well as a maintenance product.

The days prior to starting I was dealing with brain fog and sweats. A couple of days after being on these I felt sone relief. Simply take 2 pills and it was fine on an emoty stomach. The price point is what is going to keep me coming back for more!

I liked that the ingredients appeared to be all natural ingredients supported by research as being helpful. However, I had to stop after just a few days. The odor was terrible. When I'd open the bottle, it'd hit me but the worst was that it just overpowered me when I'd try to swallow the pills. I tried to power through it but swallowing two rather large pills every day when the smell made me want to gag was just not worth it. Unfortunately, I can't say if they helped or not. In the few days I took them, I did not observe any noticeable changes.
