The best Magnesium Glycinate form with TRACCS for higher bioavailability. The tiniest capsules I have ever seen means taking them is so easy. I have less leg cramps since taking them at bedtime.

great add on
I was told magnesium helps with leg cramps, and so I tried these. Fantastic, haven't had one since I started. easy to swallow, not a high dosage , price is great, what's more to want.

I believe this product does help me sleep. I take one capsule in the morning and 2 in the evening.

Good stuff. Doesn't make me feel weird.
I know that magnesium deficiency is a thing. I can't tell the difference from before taking magnesium bisglycinate… but I would rather not find out the hard way. So, I supplement.

Leg Cramp Relief
I have been using Swartz Magnesium Bisglycinate for 3+ years now. The magnesium 100% removes my nightly leg cramps. My legs cramp severely 2-3 times per night and with this magnesium I can sleep soundly with no leg cramps. It also helps with my eye twitches and I don't have them anymore.

Gentle and effective - an excellent brand
My cardiologist required me to take magnesium supplements for my heart condition. My daughter recommended this one because she takes it and said it was one of the few that didn't wreak havoc on her digestive system. I am using for two years now and have found it equally gentle and effective. I would recommend this brand of magnesium supplements.
