It helps to lower triglycerides.
“I like this product is easy to take and don't have smell “
Great product . I highly recommend it
I have been taking Bio Schwartz for a few years now and it helps my overall health, I rarely get sick. My gut health has been so much better. I also had this tested to make sure potency was effective and viable. It came back positive. I have my daughter taking as well and she notices a big improvement with her immune system and her gut health.
This is the best omega 3 fish oil supplement I have ever bought. I originally purchased this due to the high amount of DHA(which is thought to be excellent for brain health), that it was third party tested and lemon flavored (so no undesirable fish burps, yuck!). I can't say it's this supplement for certain, but when I see my cardiologist she always asks what I do to get my triglycerides so low! I really attribute that to these supplements. I have been taking these for over 2 years and will continue. Great supplement!
This is a high quality Omega-3 supplement that I have being using for more than 6 months. I have felt arthritis pains diminished and better physical well being.
Great product works really well
This product has the highest DHA (the important one) amount of all similar products offered at this retailer - but the serving size is 3 capsules, so it is only a 30 serving one month supply! For the price, there are better choices if considering DHA per pill. I will say I have not had a single fishy burp, which is more than I can say for many other brands I have tried that claim as much, and I have tried over a dozen. I will likely go back to Spring Valley Maximum Care Omega-3 next time
Got side effects, make you dizzy and headache
I just switched to this brand when my supply from another company was finished. When I was searching for another brand, way high up on my list of priorities was that they were burpless with no fishy aftertaste. Once in a great while I would notice a fishy burp from my other brand (which is gross), so I decided that I would try another brand once the current supply ran out. What attracted me to this brand was that it advertised clearly that there would be no fishy aftertaste. Now that I've taken this for a couple weeks I just had to write this review. These definitely are NOT burpless, and to make things worse I have been getting some reflux when I burp. This is just disgusting. I'm not someone who writes many reviews but I felt it was important that I do so in this case because I want to warn other consumers about the fishy issues. My fish oil is paid for so basically I am stuck with having to finish the bottle. It's either that or waste money. I just finished taking Tums this evening after another fishy burp and reflux episode, and I've taken Tums several other times after using these. The unpleasant burps and reflux continues on until I take Tums. It's not just like a solitary burp once in a while. It continues happening until I take Tums. Anyhow, I am very disappointed and I don't know where to find fish oil at a reasonable price that's truly burpless since I now have tried 2 brands and neither are how they claim they are. I gave one star because I would never buy these again nor would I recommend them to anyone. I love fish, but fish burps and reflux are a whole different story! And I can't say it's just me. I noticed other reviewers had the same problem.
