I never understood the gummy vitamin thing. I've never taken one and it never intrigued me. For some reason these peach ginger gummies were begging me to try them and I was on the hunt for Tumeric anyway. I love these gummies so much!! First I take them on an empty stomach and don't have to worry about that vitamin nausea I get from some vitamins. Second they taste like candy!! They taste like little peach gummies, there isn't the slightest hint that this isn't candy. I also really like that I don't have to swallow another pill and I don't need water to take them. Getting a little older and my daily supplement list seems to get longer every day. Lastly these really work to reduce inflammation.
