I have used this product for many years and really like it. I tend to get frizzy hair, especially when it's humid or damp. While my hair is still damp after a wash, I put a palm-full in my hand and run it all over and in my hair. It takes the frizz away and my hair looks and feels nice and sleek. It even stays that way for several days. I have added a little after a day if its really humid!

Biosilk Hair Therapy makes my hair super shiny and tames the frizzies. It remains shiny for many days but the frizzies return in only a couple days. I do cowashing and so wash less than most people and substitute frequent conditioning between. Since I ordered it I have read reviews of silicone containing products eventually making hair brittle and therefore creates a danger of breaking hair. These sources recommend only reusing it after washing hair to remove the previous silicone product so I'm concerned about reusing it between washings. It would be 5 stars if I felt safe using it more often.
