BioTech Corporation Folic Acid Vitamins & Supplements, 100 Ct

That is a surprise I did not expect Folic Acid to come in a capsule but they do. I take these with Vitamin B so the Vitamin B absords. That is what I have been told. So I always keep folic acid with Vitamin B in my shelf. This bottle has 100 capsules and are 20 mg and you only take 1 a day. So like all vitamins I take I hope they are working. I am 55 and have taken vitamins my whole life I hope they extend my life span and I get all the nutrients I need for an aging person. This product is made by Bio Tech Pharmacal Inc. I recommend these because they come in an easy to swallow capsule.

I just started taking folic acid and i can see an improvement in my hair. I used to loose way too much hair when combing and styling, but now after taking folic acid fairfall has reduced and my hair looks much healthier. I have also heard its good for brittle nails. I will continue taking this vitamin to cash in on the benefits.

I have been taking these for a week now and i'm not sure what they are suppose to do. The bottle says take one per day. I feel the same but if its a vitamin that no reason to stop taking them.
