this is a very pure form of vitamin D, I have taken it for years. I've tried other brands, but cheaper isn't quality!

I bought these because I had a deficiency in a specific D vitamin, something I was told happens to many people who live with long winters. I was having a great deal of spasm in my muscles, because D vitamins affect the absorption of calcium. This supplement is easy to incorporate into the diet with no strange aftertaste. It is relatively inexpensive and is great to have around during the winter if your doctor advised you have a problem.
