When I bought this online it said free shipping they charged me 19.98 to ship. When I went in to return this item I cannot find them.

NEVER BUY FROM REAR AXLE WEAR - I WON'T AGAIN!
On November 11, 2023, I thought that I had ordered two 32 oz bottles of Biotera Anti Frizz Conditioner. The price was shown as $50.14. When my order arrived, it was actually one 15.2 oz. bottle of the Conditioner and one 15.2 oz. bottle of Biotera Anti-Frizz Shampoo. I contacted the seller, Rear Axle Wear about the issue of having to pay shipping to return the order, stating my concern about having to pay shipping. When submitting the return request, I received a response that stated I would receive a response within 48 hours. As of today, November 22, I have heard nothing from Rear Axle Wear. I am VERY disappointed!

I used this yesterday and it most definitely does not work for frizz hair!! supposed to work for 3 days, but it doesn't even work for one!!
