Natures Truth is very good... I like the tablets better than gels ...I can cut and take half if I want to because to much biotin at one time gives me a headache...so Thank You!

I have noticed more strenth in my fingernails and hair after using the product for almost a month. The ridges on my nails seem less pronounced and my nails are smoother. My hair seems to have gotten a bit stronger. There has been no difference in my skin.

A good supplement
I have taken this brand biotin before and it's easy on your stomach, small size tablet for easy swallowing. The price is good. I like to believe it helps with my hair and nail growth.

Great product
I love nature's truth vitamins and I have been using them for a while now,I am 50 years old now and I decided to try Biotin 1000 mcg so I purchased a bottle from my pharmacy today because my hair is breaking alot thank you very much for making great vitamins.
