Fingernails
Have only taken this product for a couple of weeks and I can see strength coming back to my fingernails. Before, the nails would chip or fracture when using them for some simple chore. That seems to have gone away.

Get it !
I buy B-12, B-6 and Biotin which is a B vitamin. I always have a full stock of these and only through Piping Rock. I just wish they could keep the Omega 7 Sea Buckthorn oil caps longer than they can, but to get quality Omega 7 it can't sit in a warehouse and stay fresh and effective. I just need an email when they're back in stock. I have enough of the Biotin and B vitamins for a little while, but when they get close to running out I'll be on the Piping Rock website right away.

Works great and taste good
I purchased this product for the 1st time last month and it works really great. The taste is better than all the biotin I have purchased before. I give this product a thumbs up. I do recommend this product.

Awesome Product!
I bought this a few weeks ago and I am so glad I did. Everyone told me how Biotin was good for your hair and nails and so I ordered it and they were right, it's amazing. I will be ordering more

Tiny but powerful
Because there are no added fillers such a soybean oil, you are left with a very tiny pill. The opening is slightly modified for a small tablet but it could have been made much smaller as seen in photo, they are tiny and lightweight and come out quickly and a lot. A great bang for your buck. There are 240 days worth of 5000mcg which is 5 milligrams of almost pure biotin. Plenty for a daily dose. 10/10 recommend
