I recently received my order, and have been using for about a week now, and can not rate the effectiveness of the patch yet. I am not really good at taking pills, so having the patch will definitely work for me. I am impressed with the size. They are as big as a medium size bandaid which is nice and discreet. I have not had any issues with stomach cramps so that’s a big thumbs up 👍🏾

They are convenient and very easy to use. No more remembering to take a handful of vitamins 3 times a day.

I was a little skeptic about using patches in place of vitamin pills. I have been using the patches for a little over 2 months now and my blood work came back good so they are apparently working like a charm. They are so much easier than taking a handful of huge pills and I don't have to remember to take something 4 times a day. I love the patches.

Wow these work fabulous! Since my surgery, I have never been able to find a supplement that absorbed enough to be effective. After a month of using these patches daily, my hair is finally getting thicker and I have gone.from a handful of hair in my brush twice a day to only about 10 or so hairs am and pm. Tried to do some chewables post VSG and it just did not work well for me (understatement). I ordered the PatchMD vitamin patches and love them. Now I use the Biotin, Calcium & D3 and Glucosamine patches as well. I am signed up for monthly delivery and will continue this route. They are so easy and my nails are growing and my knees are feeling better so I know it is working!

I've been using the Bariatric Pal patches for 3 weeks. I was extremely fatigued before I started using them. I believe they are helping some even though I am still very tired. Unfortunately, I seem to have a mild reaction to them where my skin is red and itchy. Hopefully a commitment to using them will increase my energy.

they come off unless your staying still the whole 8 hours. i have to put a band aid over top just to keep them on. its nice not having to talk extra pills but the adhesive needs a LOT of work
