This bird bath heater is exactly as advertised, actually better; fast delivery, sturdy, quality materials, great instructions, it felt like buying something from a family friend not just a business transaction. It saved 29 species of birds in our yard once it snowed. We spent hours researching heaters %26 this is undeniable the best. Remember to remove it once the weather warms above freezing or it quickly heats the water unnecessarily %26 might burn out components. We'd buy anything from this seller again!

It's well built, and is a great product.
I did not keep this heater so I cannot really give it a rating. Unfortunately you don't appear to allow for returned items.
Really liked the design. Fit right in my birdbath. But, it gets so hot . Thought I'd wait until the temps get below freezing to review. Well, do not use in a bird bath, maybe a small pond. Added water 2 times within 24 hours. With the cold, could see the steam. Do not buy for a bird bath
