Bird-X Bird Repeller,6 3/4 in H,3 1/2 in W BG

For the cost, it absolutely does the job. We bought it to ward off unwanted birds from our patio area and we are pleased with the results. Previously, birds would fly into the large windows on our patio and would frequently be stunned and fall to the ground or worse. For larger area, 2 units would be better.

Easily setup and installed. Mounting hardware include. Also has battery option. Took about 36 hours for the birds to disappear after activating. Says that device is not heard by the human ear but I hear it because I wear hearing aids.

Although it is past nesting time, usually the purple martins swoop through my patio because I'm on a large pond. However, since II put it out a week ago, I have not seen any birds even come near my patio. I'm very satisfied, it is small and I plug mine in but you can use batteries.

Wasn't sure about this purchase but after giving it a few days (like they said) it is working great.

I have a problem with birds making a mess on and in my boat in a covered boatlift. I have string running all over, a plastic owl, a bunch of spiky things on the front rail. I can't even figure out how the birds can fly in there with all the string. I added the Bird-x to the mix with high hopes. It seemed to work for about a week then the birds were back. The motion sensor was not easy to set. It either never sensed motion or was going off constantly. I'm at wits end. I hate being outsmarted by some creatures with brains the size of peas. I will try a simple motion detecting light next and maybe hook up one of the light's outlets to a small radio. Maybe that will do it.
