Bird X Coyote 3D Replica Scares Canada Geese Realistic Predator Natural Brown Color Stake Included

My son has property by a lake which has been besieged by a huge flock of Canada geese. This little decoy has moved them elsewhere. We are buying a couple more to put at different places on the property. It was far less expensive than the coyote hunting decoys. We are very pleased.

We live on the edge of a river in Massachusetts and love watching the wildlife from our 4-season room. Our lawn has become a favorite for Canadian geese and their many offspring which we enjoyed watching. But we have become very tired of stepping in goose cigars (poop)and have concerns about the appetite our dog has developed for what they leave behind. (Gross, I know) We searched several sites for something to keep them away and this product seemed best to try. It even scares me if I forget it's out there. Not one goose has stepped foot on our lawn since we put it out. Now we laugh as they stop at the shore, notice the coyote and keep swimming...and our dog seems quite happy with his regular food without the "supplements." BTW, Walmart had, by far, the best price for the exact same product.

Very impressed with this. I had a problem with about 30 ducks getting up on my dock every night. POOP everywhere. I placed this coyote on the dock and have not had a single duck get on the dock in the past 2 weeks! Awesome. The only complaint I have about the product is that when I took it out of the box, it is just molded plastic and does not have a true form. I cut up the box it came in and placed it inside the plastic form to keep it shaped like an animal. The tail is made of fake fur and flops in the wind which gives it movement.

It scared the neighbors Did not see 1 goose or evidence of a goose after we put it in the yard near the beach.

We use this "scarecrow"-type effigy to repel geese. We found them somewhat helpful after dark along our lake shoreline. We chase geese away during the day but they usually return at night and bomb the beach with their droppings. The coyotes are placed along the shoreline at dusk to frighten the geese that want to sleep there. They should not become a permanent feature and should be moved around regularly. During the day, the geese will ignore the coyotes and feed on grass areas even where they are newly placed. These coyotes are made of a hollow molded rubber material that can easily deform. It has its limited uses.

This is one ugly creature. It scares me every time I forget it's there. Got it for the deer and rabbits eating the english ivy so don't know how it works on geese. After 2 days the Deer and rabbits just hang out with it and eat the ivy anyway. So, take my rating with a grain of salt because I haven't tried it out on geese yet.

Simple- It doesn't work. The geese ignore it as if it's not even there.

I put this up to scare away some ducks in my pool, they swim and stand right next to it. Product does not work, I would not recommend this item

I bought two of these Coyote. They come flat & folded in half. The instructions say the heat of the sun will return them to their full shape. After 2 weeks they are still flat. The geese are not afraid of them and barely seem to notice them even though I move them about the yard per the instructions. Don't waste your money!
