These were exactly as deacribed and just want we needed for our mud room.

Strong, well made, and nice looking. Includes everything required to install, except tools. Highly recommend.

Great coat rack!

I don't get that why in the world they made wall hook with the spacing on screws not to match studs distance. This is nicely build and looks sturdy and thats the only reason I am giving it two stars. I will have to find a thin piece at the back to support the hook and paint to match it which is a pain in the rear and could have been avoided should they spaced the screw holes according to a typical stud distance in US.

Two problems: First, these rails are secured onto their carboard packaging with six plastic rivet-like things. They're nearly impossible to remove. We've now spent 20 minutes trying to remove them. It looks like the top disc might unscrew, but they're almost impossible to grab and if you do turn them, nothing happens. We ended up using a sharp palette knife to slice off the back. Second, the holes are not spaced to fit standard 16" stud spacing. There are three mounting holes and they're spaced 12-1/2 inches apart.
