Nice size
I cook Keto and one bag makes plenty of cauliflower rice. I also use small bags for salads and soup.

CONSISTENTLY GOOD QUALITY!
Good quality cauliflower. Far better than some other brands I've purchased. These are consistently white without the brown pieces I've received with others. I buy this every week. Family loves!

Human Fertilizer Used
When purchased did not show product of what country, however package shows grown in Mexico where human fertilizer is used. Afraid to eat as so many precautions listed before eating. Would never order again. Should have stated on website before I purchased. Bye bye birds eye,

Bugs!
Nasty. Found several bugs on the florets. At first, I tried not to be picky and ignored it, but I kept finding bugs so I decided to throw the entire bag away. Not buying this brand anymore.
