Birdseye Chopped Spinach If we want a quick side dish to go with a main course and don't feel like dealing with the hassle of a bag of fresh spinach, then this is the way to go. Tasty, nutritious and perfect with anything!

Perfect for freezing
I make ice cubes from a packager with a little water, freeze them, then save in a glass jar in the freezer. When iI want spinach for a sauce, soup or other dish, I toss 1 or 2 in the pot. I love doing this.
