Birds Eye Roasted Garlic Mashed Cauliflower, Frozen Vegetables, 12 oz. Box

So easy to prepare when you're rushed for time and so good. I usually make riced cauliflower from a fresh head of cabbage, but this is so much faster and much easier. This is convenient to keep in the freezer for use when you don't have a fresh head on hand or time is limited and you just don't have feel like starting from scratch. I gave up eating potatoes about a year ago and the riced cauliflower and this item are nice, satisfying substitutes for the cravings I still get for potatoes. These are a must-have staple for me.

This does not taste like mashed potatoes. It's cauliflower. If you want to watch the carbs but, miss mashed potatoes, this works. I don't like the mess and the stink of making my own cauli mash and I buy this frozen option on occasion. It's a good option if you're watching the carbs. I think I've been eating it so long now, I don't even notice the smell.

This is delicious! I didn't want to take the time to make my own so tried this. It's easy to heat in the microwave, and the garlic flavor isn't lacking, it's perfect! Seasoned just right, I didn't need to add anything to doctor it up. The consistency is good, it really reminds me of mashed potatoes. So good I've bought it twice since.

i thought this would be just ok but a healthier choice than potatoes. i just ordered 2 more boxes because its really good. i added a little salt, pepper and butter and ate it with a grilled chicken breast and a salad. i definitely recommend even if you're not dieting. quick and easy in the microwave too.

Such an easy and smart replacement if you're trying to reduce carbs. Very tasty and versatile for anything that you might use mashed potatoes for and with.

I use these to make a low carb version of Shepards Pie. Use them to replace the mashed potatoes that normally sit on top. I heat them up in the microwave and then dollop them onto the top where I bake it at 350 for 30 Minutes. Wonderful.

I couldn't tell or get it too go to the actual product when making this review so, if it is frozen I really don't like that. But if it's powdered where you can mix your butter etc., I love it!

It's ok. Recommend seasoning it how you like. I added Parmesan. Had this with gravy, turkey etc on Thanksgiving. If you are staying away from potatoes it's fine.
