I enjoy these a few times per week. Great taste and value, they're easy to prepare, too. The carrots are crisp and taste great, but really all of the meal is great. My grandson asks for it often. I get all of them except for the one with bacon. This feeds two people at my house.
Throw them in a pan or in the microwave and no need to do anything but open the bag, no more having to listen to her complaining about chopping veggies etc because she isn't worth keeping if she nags about everything and sleeps all day while you work, keep one and not the other
I typically purchase at least 2 a week. It's quick to microwave and it taste good. The Alfredo sauce is not bland and they give you enough to cover the noodles; I don't have to add sauce. Sometimes I add an extra can of corn or peas (frozen is better though) and the sauce still covers it, but it's stretching its coverage. The small bag alone could feed 2 people if you both have small to average appetites. If it's served as a side dish, you could feed a scoop each for 4. I can eat a bag to myself but I'm VERY full afterward. I identify of that of a chubby person with a chubby appetite. The chicken in it is very tender, even in the microwave and the noodles do not get dried out either. I could honestly eat this meal everyday.
We just went through the McDonald's drive thru and spent 10.00 on a cheeseburger meal! For what? I said to my husband that we need to go back to Walmart to pick up more of the Birds Eye meals at a third of the cost. All of these meals are great. We usually add a bit of extra sauce (cheese or alfredo), but it's not necessary. Split this into two meals with a side salad and it's under 2.00 a meal. Tasty!
This was chicken Alfredo with vegetables. Preparation couldn't be simpler. Open sauce packet and put in center of frying pan, dump remaining contents on top of it, cook covered over medium for about 12 minutes stirring occasionally, and you're done! Only complaint would be the sauce isn't thick enough, but still good!
Oh, we absolutely love this. My kids love it even my two-year-old will eat every bit of it even the broccoli and the carrots that's in it and they are very picky children but you can't taste it. It's just cheesy taste and it's magnificent. I had a friend tell me about these and I absolutely love them.
I was surprised how with a few extra ingredients this was real good! I added about 1/2 C of mascarpone cheese . melted that in added all my herbs. dont be afraid to use what you like. Because of the cheese it will take the taste of your herbs. The chicken was a 4 star( thats saying alot cause most taste like cardboard.) You can add more chicken and use Better than bouillon any time it says water. This was very yummy. I will buy again!
By far one of the better frozen meal options. Lots of white meat chicken chunks and some decent vegetables. I think I will add a handful more of frozen vegetables next time because there is plenty of sauce included to cover them. And the extra vegetables will help overcome the slightly salty, smokey undertaste that is a bit overpowering. It is not a true cheese Alfredo sauce at all, but still pretty good overall. Makes two nice sized servings for adults, could feel 2-3 kids.
i really like these but it seems like you only get 10 little pieces of chicken per bag (ive counted) and a ton of carrots. the other ones like cheesy chicken and garlic chicken are the same. at least they're cheap and they taste good. just wish it had more chicken and less carrots.
This was easy to cook! Tasted pretty good. Noodles %26 chicken were tender so were the veggies. I ate a good bit of it. It just didn't hit the spot. I needed more meat or SOMETHING' ! I ended up cooking something else to eat. It just was not filling to me.
