I absolutely love this meal. I usually like the breaded and fried chicken pieces in regular sweet and sour meal but the more expensive Chinese Sweet and Sour Chicken frozen meals just aren't that good. All you get is the chicken and sauce. This meal is full of flavor and vegetables and rice and comes with two sauce packets you stir in so it is wonderfully moist and yummy.

This is great sweet and sour chicken for what it is - convenient. I did make extra homemade sweet and sour sauce and added extra rice (didn't come with that much in my opinion). Also added extra pineapple tidbits and edamame, and it turned out hecka delicious. Rice has that "pre-cooked" texture, doesn't bother me. Chicken tasted like and had the texture of real chicken instead of that weird squishy stuff that you get sometimes in pre-made meals. Good value, I think it is cheap when you consider the cost of individual items and time spent. I have already ordered it again to make for easy meal prepped work lunches to go with a salad on the side.

Quick and easy meal to make after a long day at work. I also add in sweet chili sauce after it's done. Not because it needs it but I love the sauce I use.

Very tasty! I live by myself, so get a couple of meals from it, while only cooking once! Sometimes add some canned chicken, but it has a sufficient amount. Also, for variety, add frozen broccoli.

Delicious! Fresh tasting ingredients!Two enclosed sauce packages add rhe authentic sweet and sour flavor. Bare minimum prep and heat time. Great value for the money!

I tried this for the first time a couple months ago and I've eaten it probably once a week since it honestly takes about 20 minutes to make and it's absolutely delicious. Quick easy great meal.

I adjust the amount of the flavor packet used when preparing this to cut salt/sugar for our family. Nice to have this meal in reserve for a quick dinner.

I enjoy Sweet %26 Sour Chicken and I believe it's a healthy meal. My wife says it was too sweet and not enough sour. She is not a fan but I would recommend this meal to anyone looking for a quick tasty dish.

If you like sweet and sour it's great but I'd rather have garlic chicken or teriyaki but Thats just where my taste is but their frozen meals have been delicious and a good price and perfect amounts for us two.

If you don't like strong flavors but like the idea of sweet %26 sour chicken, you will love this. And it would be great with rice or quinoa. It was definitely a time saver to make it this way. It was meaty and no gristle. And it had a decent amount of veggies but it just wasn't for me. For me, it just doesn't have enough sweet or vinegar/sour bite that I am used to. In fact, the sweet is a bit off to me; they don't have the right combination of pineapple, vinegar and spices. Unfortunately, I will stick with my homemade version.
