Lifetime Quality for a Home Cook
I like products I only have to purchase once. These are made of decent quality and are Stainless steel heavy enough to last and light enough to make good easy cuts. The handle is heavier stainless for good feel and grip without the bendiness on some others. The only criticism I have is they may want to make a similar model with larger and differently designed handles for bigger hands, it would be a trade off on storage space for ergonomics as these are not the easiest thing to store as they are, even if they nest together nicely. Some bakers have many different styles of cutters that can get bulky very quickly. Also the manufacturer should consider selling them in a modular storage box of some sort. Recommended.
