My nephew likes it a lot, easy to use, doesn't take up space. AAA batteries are needed for the key pad.

According to the description the safe was supposed to come with batteries it didn't. Also, even though the item is from China, the instructions weren't in English

This was made to sound like a very nice heavy duty safe. It is so small and very light weight. I could carry it with one hand with no problem. When turning the knob to open it, it reminded me of a child's play safe. Very disappointed in this product. It will be sent back.

this thing is a very small cheap safe. descried as a lager safe but very smaller than advertised. pins barely lock safe. its more for a kids toy safe than someone that wants to store valuebles. i dont recommend it.

very light weight. your could drop it from the third floor and it would brk open fun for a teen. more like a toy than a secured safe

Item came in missing batteries and the instruction guide is mostly in Chinese and doesn't specify what kind of batteries it needs

The safe didn't come with instructions on how to set a password. I've sent 3 emails asking for assistance and got two “we're sorry” responses, and over a month later, still have not received instructions for the safe.
