i just love it easy to use and light to handle

Bought this because item description stated 90 min run time. On arrival, box says-60 min. First use after recommended charge-barely 40 min. One of the issues was it would not roll against the nap, which was okay if you could go up the aisle turn the handle backwards every time. I wanted to use this in our church sanctuary, with over 900 chairs to get under the 2 sharks we had just couldn't last-but they WORKED! This thing not only didn't have the run time, but you could only go in one direction! This is no pile carpet on concrete!! And don't ask Bissel for help, our contact was just indignant that WalMart had their (Bissel's) commercial product. She could send us another battery...nope, returned, and will not do business with Bissel. Wal Mart was great, fast on shipping!

I bought 3 of these, all 3 handles broke. All 3 batteries melted at the contacts. I bought 3 more handles and 3 more batteries. All those broke and melted. Will not last 2 months .

I TRIED TO USE A "GIFT" CARD BUT SAW THAT THE ENTIRE AMOUNT WAS CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD AND THE STORE MANAGER TO WHOM I WANTED TO TALK ABOUT THIS WAS "UNAVAILABLE."
