Broken, not refurbished
Apparently it was supposed to be a refurbished vacuum, which I don't see in the description. When it arrived, it was heavily used/broke, not refurbished. The handle was broken, the bag was broken. I immediately returned. Felt like a scam.

Bissell Commercial Vacuum
Are you kidding me !!! This is a refurbished vacuum!!! It is terrible, there is no sign WHAT SO EVER on the sight that I was getting an old vacuum that someone cleaned up and put back together! I am ANGRY.....bad bad bad Wal Mart and Bissell. There is no way I will get the use that I need in a commercial building out of this machine. NOW I have to go back to Wal Mart and beg them to take this back, ugg that should be interesting!
