Having bought my Crosswave when they first came out, I am so happy that I can still find the supplies I need for it from the company that made it. My only wish is that they were sold in multiples. My Crosswave is used practically every day throughout my house. I thought the price was a tad steep, but needs must.
Replacement filter for the Bissell cross wave floor washer. Pricey for a part that has to replaced for efficient cleaning. They send you a voucher after you have made a purchase and then charge postage. A win win for them, however I wouldn't be without my floor washer, it's the best appliance I have ever bought.

It's very expensive and apparently needs replacing every 6 months for your crosswave to work. Basically after 2 years I could buy a new crosswave. Surely this is bad

My cleaner stopped working properly just outside of its guarantee. I bought a new filter as suggested. It did not improve the situation. Bissell cannot recommend anyone in London to fix it they suggest boxing it up and sending to the midlands - very impractical. It is now just sitting in a cupboard.

We brought this product and worked well for about 10 months. Then it stopped sucking up the cleaning solution efficiently. leaving dirty water on the floor. There was a very small amount in the waste tank. I noticed the filter seal had become warped and I thought it a good idea to replace the Filter and the brush, however this did not improve matters, and after the third use I notice the filter seal was warped again. meaning that the device cannot suck efficiently. This filter and brush were brought directly from the Bissell website. The filter design is flawed. I am now looking to buy from a rival manufacturer.
