This is a game changer !! It does the work for you, its easy to use and does a great job. I am thrilled, highly recommend !! I like the cord as I have a large space to clean. It handles dirt well, easy maneuverability. I have pets and this did the trick with little effort.
We have all tile floors and this product does the trick. This my 2nd unit of this model. Perfect size and easy to use. Housekeepers really like it over a mop and bucket. Does not spread dirty water around.
This electric mop is so easy to use and does a great job cleaning my hardwood floors as well as my tile floors. It actually makes mopping fun! Great purchase.
I found this to be extremely effective and cleans very well. As I am a senior citizen over 80 years old I also felt a little heavy and hard for me to control. My son was visiting. He used it with absolutely no difficulty..
I have had the first one for about 6 years. It finally worn out. My whole house is tile. Love this and recommend it to everyone who has hard floors. And the customer service is beyond excellent! Will definitely buy again when needed.
Extremely pleased with this hard‑floor spin mop. It's easy to maneuver, delivers excellent cleaning results, and turns an otherwise arduous chore into a simple, effortless task.
Finally, something that works. My house has a semi-gloss wood floor with a lot of windows, 90% of the walls are glass. That gives a lot of light that shows every spot or streak. I've tried steam mops but that didn't work. Previously, the only thing that worked was a spray bottle of distilled water and a towel. Spray, then on hands and knees, wipe it completely dry. Now, I can do that with this product.
i have hard wood floors through out my lower level. and i have 7 grandkids that are over on a regular basis. I have a clean floor fetish, i have vacuums for my vacuums' . your bissel is good at scrubbing and polishing. i wish it were a little heavier to get the really sticky stuff.
Not knowing if my floor is sealed is wasting the nice bottles Bissell included. The operation of the machine is overall ok, it can be a bit to handle as the mops do not counter rotate so it yaws. I do like the pivot of the head, nice! The handle needs a back side as I am stronger and I needed to grip it hard to keep it slipping as I said from the yawing of the machine (wanting to pull a bit sideways). I think the material is top rated, well made. The liquid disperses well although I can only use water.
The wired version is just a poorly designed product. If you ever get the cord tangled under the spinning mechanism while using the device, it's just totally over-- the thing literally just stops working. I'm sure the wireless one is great, but do NOT buy the wired one.
