Does a great job. Scent is nice and minimal. Handles easily and not too heavy even when full. The only negative is it is very loud.

Great for cleaning the couch and car seats!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product performs well but you still need to use another treatment for the tougher grease-based stains. I recently bought the Bissel 3194 to clean stairs, spots and areas where workmen brought furniture and gym equipment to our basement. I used the PRO MAX Clean + Protect solution. I only used the regular head not the deep cleaning head. Ground-in dirt was handled well. It is a good choice for cleaning small areas. It got 80% of the spots out but 20% required a stronger spot treatment. It might have got the tougher spots if I had used the deep cleaning head but I don't think it would have. It's important to follow the instructions on cleaning the unit and tanks. Sucking clean water from a sink through the head really cleans the hose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thos spit cleaning was amazing my first year. I had cats that got old and sick and boy dod it keep my carpet nice and fresh. I also bought an extra accessory for my car to shampoo it. But after a year the hose end of the accessory hookup broke. I duct taped it and that worked for like 6 months, but now it leaks no matter what we do. I looked up online and here in the parts section of the Bissel website, but no such part exists. It's a shame that an entire product is rendered useless over a simple yet important part. I feel that the plastic just isn't strong enough and maybe Bissell should put more into the thickness (or replaceableness) of more than just a few parts. I liked it, but I don't know if I want to waste the money on another one for just another year of life?!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans very well but hose is stiff and plastic split in a little over a year. Not best design/quality for how you have to use the cleaning head and the split is just below the cleaning tool. Not used often, flushed hose after use, and feel how it wraps around the machine for storage contributed to the split.

Suction hose is cheaply made , will break at the tool end
