This is an amazing toy although it could break easily if I drop it on the floor on accident but thank god I didn't this toy is cute and fun and I recommend it

item works. but horrible packaging
Every other Bitzee is half the price as this 'magical' one, which stinks as you feel like your being robbed. my daughter asked Santa for this and when it arrived the box is very beat up, literally ripped at the seems, broken plastic tape off maybe looks like someone opened it and scratched it? the actual item appears to be working, and being it was delayed and delayed theres no way to get a new one, so now it looks like the elves this year slapped this one together. so items itself yes id buy again but from a different seller/store. very disappointed with appearance.
