This was a wonderful product! It did take a couple of hours to assemble only because we were trying to do it in the middle of the night before Christmas lol.… So we had to be really quiet. Heads up, it does come in a box that makes it seem smaller than it is. Other than that it's been wonderful with great battery life! Here's what y'all wanna know if you're anything like me… I have an average size 8-year-old girl and I was looking for some thing that would fit her in maintain battery life. She was adamant on getting this this year and this ride did the trick! She is a girly girl and loves putting her dolls and toys in the back. She weighs roughly 75lbs and it drives perfectly with her 50lb sibling on the back. I guess the only thing to say here is that when they are headed uphill, it slows down or stops because of the weight but when it's just her, it doesn't do that. Oh and 1 more thing… My Girl ran headfirst into a light pole, while the seatbelt busted instantly she was OK and so was the product!
An excellent kids' car! Very stylish design, easy to control, and the kids are absolutely thrilled. The build quality is great, and the wheels are perfect for outdoor rides. A wonderful gift that brings so much joy!
Not sure how it will work until Christmas but it looks good
I don't like I had to do a lot of screwing with arthritis. , If you got arthritis, this wouldn't be a gift for you to put together for anyone .. It can be very hard and painful later on. I was in so much pain from all the little screws I had to put in.
The thing is much smaller than I was lead to believe. The assembly was a pain and the thing only goes 4 ft then shuts off then the child (4 and 6 year old can't fit on it together ) has to wait on it to start again before they can continue to drive it. Plus side the remote control part is a plus because when you kids get frustrated you can remote drive it home.
My daughter drove this for maybe 2 hours after assembly. I went to charge it and sparks flew when connecting the charger and it melted the plug. I messaged the company and have heard nothing from them.
Parents worst nightmare!! The cheap plastic parts did not hold the small head screws that were provided for one. Two separate trips to the hardware store to buy better screws and some washers. Finally got it together and the factory rivets on the axel broke causing the tire to twist and bend the cheap metal. Definitely not worth the money! It was her birthday so we had to pay someone to fix it for us just so her surprise wouldn't be ruined. Save your money WISH I TOOK MORE PICTURES WHEN I WAS PUTTING IT TOGETHER.
The seller for this product has been less than helpful. We purchased this product for my daughter for Christmas. We live in MN so we could not utilize it until recently and the product will not function at all. I was told that nothing could be done to help me with this situation. Do NOT spend the money on this product as the quality, the time and energy that goes into assembling it, and the customer service from this company is terrible.
The instructions weren't even for the product purchased. It came cracked in the front, and the battery fully charged didn't last. Back tires also run together and quite spinning. The seat as recommended 2xl is not accurate my 3 yr old and another smaller child were smushed n not a lot of knee room for passenger. I am currently waiting for my refund.
Will be returning this. Assembled easily. It really looked like a great item. Charged for 12 hours and it didn't power on. Reached out to seller and they wanted a video. Email limit is 33mb, so sent them a link to the video and they couldn't access. Had to compress the video 8 times to get it under 33mb. I resent the video and they sent me a separate message to send the video. Responded to that message and I understand we have a Holiday, but it shouldn't take this long to get some guidance on why the car won't power on.
