We bought this motorcycle for my grandson and boy did he love it ..was a little tricky to put together . The directions are not always so clear but figured it out. Lots of plastic parts but that's what you have to expect these days. I would say the joy on my grandson's face Christmas morning was awesome Vroom vroom

My son absolutely loves it! This motorcycle looks amazing and feels very high-quality. The LED lights and Bluetooth music make it even more fun to ride! I got this for my nephew for his 6th birthday, and he really loves it! It's the perfect size for him and looks just like the real thing. He hasn't stopped smiling since he got on it. Great buy!

so overall the bike is pretty cool. it's not too slow or too fast (I got it for a 3 yr old that's about 40 lbs) charge holds well enough. it's not super hard to put together but I was highly disappointed when I spent over 200$ on this toy and there were several holes that weren't drilled all the way and I had to go buy 2 washers and a nut that they left out. nuts and washers r cheap it's not a big deal and with a few braincells and arm strength u will be able to get it together. the instructions are not the clearest but you'll get there.

This is a really nice looking and heavy motorcycle. It's useless, though, if you don't have asphalt or concrete to ride on, as it will not run on grass. It frustrates the child and adult alike. Many tears cried over not being able to ride, even with training wheels off.

I received my package with missing hardware, it's been a whole month and multiple emails trying to get them to send me the correct missing hardware. It's been two times they take forever in sending two small packages with unnecessary parts, I even sent pictures of what I was missing, and it's like they chose and picked out whatever they wanted. Horrible experience!. I feel very upset that till this day my son hasn't been able to use his Christmas gift!.

I contacted the seller and they still have not gotten back to me. They said they were going to send parts. I'll talk with someone who could put it together and they said that the back of it or down underneath of it is broken and really should be taken back to the store because it needs to be replaced. what i did not do was lift it up when the guys lifted it they said it was cracked and should be taken back to the store cause it's they tried to fix it, but it ain't working and the pieces you guys said y'all will send I never received

Very upset!!!! Purchased this motorcycle for granddaughter in December 2025. The box was delivered damaged. The motorcycle was missing parts and the windshield was cracked. As of today, Walmart will not refund my money or exchange motorcycle after multiple trips to the store with promises that I could return it to be told I couldn't because the seller has to issue the return label. The seller will not respond nor process a return shipping. The only response from the seller was to take pictures of the damage motorcycle which I refuse to do. As soon as I noticed the damaged box and motorcycle I packed it up did a return label with Walmart and took it to the store on Christmas Eve. The store manager could not process the bar code sent to my Walmart account. He told me to contact Walmart CS and they will email me a shipping label. I did just that and still never received a return label. I called Walmart CS again and they reassure me that I can simple drop it off at any Walmart store and they would reissue me another bar code to return the motorcycle. I went the same day again to another Walmart location to be told the same exact thing as before. This motorcycle is not light at all so to keep carrying this item to and from the store I refuse to unpack it to take pictures. I feel like this is not my fault at all and this is differently consumer fraud. I'm very disappointed with how this has turned out to be. My 5 year old granddaughter asked for this on Santa's lap and to be disappointed it was not under the tree, broke my heart. So not only am I upset about this whole process I was emotionally distraught that i couldn't put a smile on my baby face. Still no money and stuck with a broken motorcycle 😡😡😡

Order arrived June 1st, and as we stared to put it together we noticed pieces missing. I have tried 3 times to contact the seller through the walmart app like directed and the sellers have failed to repond back to me with any resolution. Use cation when ordering this item cause the sellers have poor communication and are scammers!!!!
